JNH Collectibles is committed to offering superior art and expert service. Prior to buying any art, please bear in mind the following:
• Each item is guaranteed for life. Full refund will be made if item is deemed non-authentic by 1 well known expert. We will only have legal responsibility to the original price sold through our auctions or website. We may choose to respond to inquiries by individuals or entities having, in the sole discretion of us, sufficient basis for making such an inquiry, as to whether any change should occur regarding our viewpoint of any artwork's authenticity.

Paypal is the only payment method that I believe earns trust with new customers. If you buy an item using PayPal, you can rest assure that the seller will be obligated to send the product described in purchase. If a buyer does not receive the item or receive an item that is “Significantly Not as Described” by the seller, the buyer can open a Dispute with the seller in Paypal Resolution Center. By doing so, the buyer will start the Paypal Online Dispute Resolution Process—a step-by-step system designed to facilitate communication between buyer and the seller in order to get resolution of the issue. If your dialogue with the seller fails to produce a satisfactory result, you can then escalate the Dispute into a Claim that paypal will evaluate for reimbursement under:
PayPal Buyer Complaint Policy - Paypal will reimburse Buyer for losses only to the extent they are able to recover the funds from seller. However, No Paypal Seller wants his account to be held up by even one single complaint because it affects their ability to use the Paypal service all together and can also lead to Paypal eventually withdrawing losses directly from their bank account if buyer pursues a credit chargeback from their paypal payment.

Payment Policy We accept Paypal for all orders. We regret that we can no longer accept Cashier Checks as their fraud protections are not sufficent for us. We do not accept money orders anymore either. If we are unable to verify a confirmed address with paypal payment, your piece/s will be released and offered for sale to other collectors and payment returned immediately.
Layaway Policy Please read carefully.
J.N.H. Collectibles is delighted to offer our clients a no-interest, no-fee layaway option to help them in their quest to acquire the right art.
Orders totaling under US$1000 A 35% non-refundable deposit is collected at the time of the order, and the balance of the payments will be split in equal payments for up to 4 subsequent months. For example, if a piece is US$500, the deposit is US$175, and then there are 4 monthly payments of US$81.25 each until the layaway is paid off. Shipping will also be spread out over the payments. The piece is sent upon clearance of the last payment. Please allow 2-3 days for shipping after the piece is ready to go.
Layaway Orders totaling US$1000 and over A 20% non-refundable deposit is collected at the time of the order, and the balance of the payments will be split in equal payments for up to 4 subsequent months. For example, if a piece is US$1000, the deposit is US$200, and then there are 4 monthly payments of US$200 each until the layaway is paid off. Shipping will also be spread out over the payments. The piece is sent upon clearance of the last payment. Please allow 2-3 days for shipping after the piece is ready to go.
If a layaway is in default for 30 days, on the 31st day, we send out reminders via email. If the layaway is not paid for 60 days, you will receive a final notice via e-mail and we will cancel the order and put the art back up for sale.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. US Sales Tax
Sales tax will be charged for pieces sent to New Jersey. All other US and overseas addresses are not charged US sales tax.
Shipping Unframed pieces of the same size will be grouped together for just one total shipping charge. Framed pieces will be charged per each piece. Artworks will have variable shipping rates and will be determined individually per order.
Pieces may be subject to individual country custom or VAT charges which will be handled by that country's customs agents. Those fees are the responsibility of the client and we encourage you to contact your local customs office with any questions. If we are given an incorrect or incomplete address and are billed by USPS when they make the correction, the client is responsible for this charge. If for some reason, we have put the correct shipping address as provided by the client and USPS is unable to reach you and/or deliver the package to you and it is returned to us, you will be charged for any return shipping fees USPS charges us and will be recharged for the package to be resent to you.
Delayed Shipments Once an order is ready to be shipped, if the client should wish for us to hold onto the ordered pieces for a delayed shipment, we are happy to accommodate those requests.
Authenticity All pieces are accompanied by a hand-signed lifetime guarantee certificate of authenticity.
Returns We gladly accept returns for a period of 7 days if received in original condition accompanied by CoA for a full refund of the piece price. You need to e-mail us first.
Please inspect all artwork upon delivery. We must be notified via e-mail accompanied by photos of any issues within the 7 day return policy should there be a problem with the order for any reparations to occur.
The J.N. H. Collectibles is the sole owner of all information collected via this website and we do not share this information.
